If you are curious about the Breath Retraining Course, but really would prefer to work through the materials on your own, this is for you. Move through the 10 lessons at your own pace. This course is divided into 10 sections. The first 3 give information on the 3 lenses through which we can look at breathing. The following 7 sections discuss breathing in different contexts. All of the exercises associated with each section are included in the videos and in the Breath Retraining Library. If you'd like a Zoom session with Jennifer, access it at 50% off. You have 6 months to complete and review the materials in this program. Remember — you can't just learn about better breathing, you need to practice the exercises regularly to see a difference in your life.
